1 cup powdered milk- 2 tablespoon almond meal
- 2-tablespoon barley or oat flour
- 5 drops essential oil of choice (optional)
Mix together in a bowl. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons into your bath, and soak for approximately 20 minutes.
Shelf life – 2-3 months
